Package Your Items
Ensure all items are securely packed in their original packaging, including all assembly parts, manuals, and protective wrapping to prevent damage during transit.
Arrange Collection or Drop-off
For smaller items, use our prepaid shipping portal to print a label; for large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional courier collection from your home.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
